Hi, I’m Davida, a strategic marketing leader, storyteller and founder of Wonders of Wanders, my platform dedicated to exploring culture, food and the stories that shape how we move through the world.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy, culture and community. Over the last decade, I’ve built my experience across global travel brands, tourism boards and cultural institutions, from leading digital growth and community strategy at Flight Centre, to delivering integrated destination campaigns at Black Diamond, to helping shape Coventry’s narrative during its City of Culture year. Each chapter has strengthened my belief that great marketing doesn’t just sell places - it connects people.

I specialise in destination storytelling, integrated campaigns and inclusive marketing, partnering with brands who want to show up with more authenticity, more cultural awareness and more imagination.

Along the way, I co-founded the Black Travel Alliance and helped create The Black Traveler Study, raising over $100K to support Black travel creators and push the industry toward meaningful change.

At my core, I’m driven by the belief that storytelling is powerful. It can shift perception, open doors, build bridges and make people feel seen. Whether I’m shaping a global campaign, advising teams on inclusive storytelling, speaking at an event or creating something for Wonders of Wanders, I’m always searching for the thread that brings people together.
